December 2016

I love the holiday season, I love wrapping presents and hot tea and Christmas music and I'm not ashamed of it! Also, today is my birthday and if you would like to come celebrate with me, you can come to one of my shows this week and let me sing for you! They are both solo shows, and I do have a new tune I plan on sharing that I feel very passionate about. Wednesday night I will be performing among a few other sweet and talented singer/songwriters for NSAI's Songs & Spirits:Writers in the…

November 2016

Touring the North West was like riding in a hot air balloon after adopting a new puppy while juggling, ice skating, and eating chocolate cheesecake ice cream all at the same time. Never in my life have I felt so many emotions all at once.
But most of all, an immense love for being able to do something that keeps my heart beating for a living. It feels good to be a little anxious, a little scared, I think that is when we grow the most- Just a little bit outside of…

October 2016

It's officially Fall!
I'm starting the month off right with Stephen King's "Dreamcatcher".
It's creepy and gory and perfect for Halloween!

I am SO looking forward to our Fall tour! If you've got pals in Oregon & Washington,
please encourage them to come and see us at one of our shows!

When we get back we will be working at full speed to get our work tapes done for the third record.
I am SO excited to share my new songs with all of you!

Thank you…

September 2016

Hey, you hooligans! In case you didn't already know (if you follow me on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. You probably saw my silly video about it), I AM OPENING FOR INGRID MICHAELSON! I have been listening to and loving her for years, and this is definitely something I am looking forward to crossing off of my bucket list. I would love to see some familiar faces in the crowd, so if you can come and show your support for me AND for breast cancer, the show starts at 5, and that is right around when we will…

August 2016

Looking back at July, I feel honored and very lucky to have been given so many opportunities. Performing at Concerts in the Park was an absolute dream, and making new friends after our set was a true gift. The Gilroy Garlic Festival and Worldfest were both full of good food and good company. The Redwood Ramble was an absolute honor to be on the same bill with greats like Jelly Bread, Mumbo Gumbo, Amy Helm & The Handsome Strangers, and it was SO MUCH FUN performing a "Tribute" set alongside band members from…

July 2016

Hey you hooligans,

Looking back at June, I feel very lucky to have been given so many opportunities. Nashville was absolutely amazing, scary, beautiful, and it's a trip I will never forget. It was so inspiring to see artists and songwriters blooming on every street corner, and to romp around and check out all the Honky Tonks, The Johnny Cash Museum (I grew up on Cash, Presley, and Wagoner, so it was neat to learn so much about the man in black), and stages upon stages of musicians of every caliber. It was…

June 2016

Last month was so incredible!! From being given the opportunity to perform at the 2016 Reno River Festival, two nights of acoustic music at Gold Country Casino in Oroville, and playing for Diversity N' Music in Loomis for the first time, it was all really wonderful and I feel honored everyday for the chance to connect with others through my music.

Recently I was lucky enough to warm up the crowd for Kyle William's third record release and it was nothing short of amazing!! Meeting some really sweet people…

Happy Mother's day to all the mamas out there, whether your babies are new or grown, or even furry!

April was AMAZING! Looking back, I feel so lucky to have performed at so many wonderful venues to so many incredible audiences. At Two Day Town the crowd was standing right up at the stage and I could see the love and excitement on their faces, Meeting a sweet little boy at the Walk For Hemophilia at Lake Merritt was so touching to learn his story and to hear "I'd rather have you sing to…

Do all good things come in threes?

We were given the opportunity to perform on Good Day Sacramento, and it was such an exciting and amazing experience. I also was featured on Capital Public Radio's show Insight with Beth Ruyak. She was so genuine and kind and just an all around wonderful person to work with, I feel very lucky to have been on Beth's show. Finally, we performed at the Mondavi Center in the Corin Courtyard before legend Patty Griffin, as well as Sara Watkins, & Anais Mitchell. I left the…

March 2016

Last month I got to perform at a SOLD OUT show at Laxson Auditorium in Chico, I finished my first tune on my new keyboard (For those of you who don't know, I wrote my first song ever on the Piano, and then fell in love with the six string) about the power of vulnerability, and I had the privilege of performing in a Cabaret in Sacramento alongside some of the most gifted singers/actors I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I love you, 2016!

This month I am looking forward to performing in a songwriter…
